Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are final once the product is opened.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
To start a return, email support@verella.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@verella.com with photos of the damage. Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
